Online customer feedback service appoints Kinross + Render
Feefo, the independent online customer feedback system, has appointed Kinross + Render (K+R) to provide an international PR programme to support its global expansion plans. K+R was selected for its track record in the retail and e-commerce sectors as well as its expertise in developing and managing global campaigns through ECCO, one of the world’s leading international PR networks with a presence in 38 countries.
Feefo, which stands for Feedback Forum, has been in development over the last three years and is now ready for the mass market with a range of product innovations. Early sign-ups have included popular multi-channel clothes retailers Charles Tyrwhitt, Jack Wills and Artigiano, and it will now roll out to all web-based suppliers.
Work is scheduled to begin this month with the aim of establishing the brand as a global mark of consumer confidence and promoting the benefits, which include significantly increased search engine optimisation, increased customer purchases as well as being a cost effective market research tool. Feefo can be trialled without risk or obligation for up to 60 days.
Bill Cawley, Founder of the business, said: “Independent feedback from customers is the only feedback worth having. But the real benefit to suppliers, apart from proving their commitment to customer service, is the astonishing amount of information that their customers give them to improve their service and products. Businesses that join Feefo become better businesses. We are very excited that K+R will now help put us on the map.”
Led by Director Siobhan Griffiths, the K+R team will launch its media relations campaign in the UK before rolling it out to other English-speaking and European markets later in the year including the USA, Australia and Germany. The programme will target product and service providers with an online presence, including public sector organisations.
Siobhan said, “We will be looking to target those organisations who are obsessed with customer service and who are looking for a service differentiator. Online retailers who want to understand their business better and to adapt service and product offerings in line with customer feedback will be interested in Feefo.”
